Day 3 – Chiang Mai/ Elephant Poo Paper to the SEEC

We started the day at the elephant poo paper site – they literally make paper out of elephant poo (dried and sterilized, of course!). It was very cool and the jokes wrote themselves 🤣

We ended the day at the Sanpatong Experiential Education Center (SEEC) where we will be participating in a service project to help local schools grow their own food. We will be building raised beds and making mushroom bags (self-contained bags containing a growth medium and mushroom spores to make growing mushrooms super easy). The students spent the day on a confidence course and on team building activities and they seem to be having a blast 😊.
